Why does dymo software open and close

You can close the program and reopen it and it does the same thing. We have this program installed on a windows r2 server and have up to 10 people using it on that server at any given time. But it acts like this even with 1 person on the server.

It's version 8. The labels dymo program settings are in a roaming profile for each person but Ive moved the dymo settings and labels so they're directly on the server and the issue persists. Here is what I've done to try to fix this but nothing has helped: 1 I've uninstalled dymo from the server, cleared out all dymo folders in program files and program data and the registry.

I'm starting to think the issue may be something related to the extra programs dymo needs when it installs visual studio or something. When dymo stops responding, I do NOT see any spike in memory or cpu for any program or service on the server. Like I said all users are experiencing this same issue so i know its not a windows profile issue.
