Shifter rod improperly adjusted. Shifter drum inside transmission damaged. Shifter engaging parts inside transmission badly worn and rounded. Shifter forks bent. Damaged gears. Clutch controls improperly adjusted.

Insufficient clutch spring tension. Worn friction discs. Lubricant level too high in primary chaincase. Primary chain badly misaligned. Clutch spring tension.
